  • Wow. This has to be one of the most thoughtful and beautiful places we’ve stayed while on vacation. There are so many ‘extras’ I can’t list them all. Tracy has really thought of everything!The kitchen has everything you need, and more. Everyone loved the idea of a coffee bar- how special. The space is fresh, well thought out and very well cared for. Loved having a library with a table for games. Everyone said the beds were amazingly comfortable, linens felt great. All the extras for our pup were very welcoming; dog towels, dishes, place to rinse her after the beach. I can’t say enough. Location was great, easy walk to the golf course, town and the beach. We had a really great time.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Tracy's place! The house actually exceeded our expectations. The house was so comfortable to just relax in and spend time together. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was actually the most well appointed kitchen than any other place I have stayed at. There were so many games and things to do in the house we didn't even really need to leave. The hot tub was an added bonus. There were a lot of little details that just that made this house feel like staying at a 5 star hotel with all the comforts of home. The beach was so easy to walk to and we even walked to town. We have already started tentatively planning coming back here some time in the future!

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

  • Absolutely — we love hosting four-legged guests! Shore Leave welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs (a $100 per-pet fee applies). To make their stay comfortable, we provide dog beds, towels, waste bags, and stainless-steel bowls.

    We kindly ask that dogs stay off furniture and beds, and that you wipe sandy paws after beach walks to help keep our home fresh. Please also pick up after your pet, both inside and out, so every guest — two- and four-legged — can enjoy a spotless stay.

  • Yes! There’s space for three vehicles at the top of the driveway, plus one additional spot on the street at the base of the drive. We hold a permit for up to four cars and recommend carpooling when possible.

    Please do not move the basketball net or park in front of neighboring homes.

  • Just three blocks away — an easy stroll down a quiet dead-end street leads you right to the sand.

  • Downtown is only eight blocks from the house. The best way to get around is on foot or by bike — Manzanita is a charming, walkable town with friendly locals and a relaxed coastal vibe.

  • We kindly ask that you respect our maximum occupancy of ten guests as set by the City of Manzanita. Out of consideration for our full-time resident neighbors, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Thank you for helping us keep Shore Leave peaceful and welcoming for everyone.
